Goods are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands to addresses and pickup points across Europe.

- United Kingdom and Switzerland
- Norway and Iceland
- Pickup points (DHL, DPD, PostNL — 50,000+ locations)
Restrictions
Some destinations may require additional checks or are excluded from standard delivery.
- Russia, Belarus — delivery is not provided
- Remote islands and overseas territories — surcharges may apply
- Countries under EU/UN sanctions — delivery is not available
- Bulky or oversized items — individual quote on request
Returns and exchanges
Contact us
Email us or message us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Provide your order number and the reason for return.
Ship the item
Once we confirm your request, return the item in its original packaging to our address in the Netherlands. Keep the shipping receipt.
Receive your refund
After we inspect the item, we issue a refund within 3–5 business days to your card or offer an exchange.
Important: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. The item must be in its original packaging, unused, with all tags and labels. Sports nutrition and personal hygiene items are non-returnable.
