How to return a product
Contact us
Send us an email or Telegram message within 14 days of receipt. Include your order number and the reason for return.
Receive confirmation
Our manager will review your request and send instructions with the return address within 1 business day.
Ship the product
Pack the item in its original packaging and ship it to our warehouse in the Netherlands via a standard EU carrier (PostNL, DHL or DPD) to the address specified below.
Receive your refund
After we check the condition of the product, we will refund your money to your card within 3–5 business days.
Return conditions
The product is accepted for return
- Within 14 days of receipt
- In original undamaged packaging
- Without signs of use or wear
- With all tags, labels and stickers
- With the receipt or order confirmation
- The product retains its commercial appearance
The product is NOT accepted for return
- After 14 days from receipt
- With signs of wear or use
- Without original packaging or tags
- Damaged due to the customer's fault
- With alterations (hemming, washing, dyeing)
- Without proof of purchase
Products not eligible for return
Sports nutrition — proteins, amino acids, vitamins, bars and other supplements
Personal hygiene items — underwear, socks and other products that come into contact with the skin
Sale items — products purchased during promotions with a discount of more than 50%
Gift certificates — both electronic and physical gift cards
