General Terms of Sale

• 1.1 Seller: b2bExport Fabjak, registered in the Netherlands, KVK 42017554, BTW-id NL005437074B94, address: De Nieuwe Erven 3, Unit 14714, 5431 NV Cuijk, Netherlands, email: info@b2bexport.nl.
• 1.2 Consumer: a natural person residing in the European Union who places an order on the Seller's website.
• 1.3 Goods: sportswear, sports and tactical equipment presented on the website.
• 1.4 Contract: the agreement concluded between the Seller and the Consumer upon order confirmation.
• 1.5 Website: b2bexport.nl

• 2.1 These terms apply to all offers, orders and contracts between the Seller and the Consumer.
• 2.2 Deviations from these terms are only valid with the written consent of the Seller.
• 2.3 The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is always available on the website.
• 2.4 These terms do not affect any mandatory rights of the Consumer under applicable EU consumer protection law, in particular Directive 2011/83/EU and Directive 2019/771/EU.

• 3.1 All prices on the website are in euro (EUR) and include VAT (BTW).
• 3.2 Shipping costs are displayed separately at checkout and included in the total before confirmation.
• 3.3 The minimum order amount is EUR 50 (excluding shipping).
• 3.4 The Seller is not liable for obvious errors or inaccuracies in pricing.

• 4.1 The Contract is concluded at the moment the Consumer confirms the order on the website.
• 4.2 After placing the order, the Consumer receives a confirmation to the email address provided.
• 4.3 The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in case of a pricing error or unavailability of the product.

• 5.1 Delivery is made to the address provided by the Consumer within the European Union via our logistics partners (PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS, or local carriers depending on destination).
• 5.2 Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days from dispatch, depending on the manufacturer's location and destination country. The Seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.
• 5.3 The risk of accidental loss or damage to the Goods passes to the Consumer at the moment of physical delivery of the Goods to the Consumer.
• 5.4 If the Consumer is absent at the time of delivery, the carrier's rules regarding re-delivery or storage apply.
• 5.5 All Goods are shipped within the EU. No customs duties or additional VAT are charged on delivery.

• 6.1 Payment is processed via the Mollie payment service. Available payment methods include credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, iDEAL, Bancontact, SEPA bank transfer, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• 6.2 Delivery obligations arise upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• 6.3 In case of late payment, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
• 6.4 An electronic invoice is sent to the Consumer's email after payment is received.

• 7.1 In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt of the Goods, without giving any reason.
• 7.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify the Seller at info@b2bexport.nl within the 14-day period.
• 7.3 The Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
• 7.4 Return shipping costs:
  • Defective or incorrect items: the Seller covers the return shipping costs in full.
  • Change of mind (14-day cooling-off): the Consumer bears the return shipping costs, as permitted by Directive 2011/83/EU.
• 7.5 Refunds are made within 14 days from receipt of the returned Goods by the Seller, using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
• 7.6 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: made-to-order Goods; Goods that have been used or whose hygienic seal has been broken (e.g. opened sports nutrition).

• 8.1 The Seller warrants that the Goods conform to the description on the website.
• 8.2 In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771/EU, the Consumer is entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty from the date of delivery. In case of non-conformity, the Consumer has the right to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
• 8.3 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or normal wear and tear.

• 9.1 The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
• 9.2 The Seller is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.
• 9.3 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes the Seller's liability for matters where such limitation would be unlawful under applicable consumer protection law.

• 10.1 These terms are governed by Dutch law (Nederlands recht), without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Consumer's country of residence.
• 10.2 Any disputes not resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory EU consumer law provides otherwise.
• 10.3 The Consumer may also submit a complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

All content of the Website — including texts, images, logos, design, graphics and source code — is the property of b2bExport Fabjak or used under licence agreements.

Without the prior written consent of the Seller, the following is prohibited:

• Copying, reproducing or distributing the Website's materials
• Using the trade marks, logos or branding of b2bExport Fabjak
• Creating derivative works based on the Website's content
• Using automated tools to collect data from the Website

The logos and trade marks of the brands featured on the Website (KOMBAT UK, Dunlop, Camotec, GIVOVA) belong to their respective owners and are used solely for product identification.
