Ordering
Browse the catalog, add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery details, choose a payment method and confirm. You will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.
Yes. The minimum order amount is €50 excluding shipping.
Yes, guest checkout is available. However, registering an account lets you track orders, save addresses and access your order history.
Contact us as soon as possible at info@b2bexport.nl. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will modify or cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you can still use your 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery.
Shipping
Standard delivery is 3–7 working days within the EU, depending on the manufacturer's location and destination country.
We ship to all EU member states. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your country, contact us before placing an order.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination country. The exact cost is shown before you confirm the order.
Depending on the destination, we use:
- PostNL, DPD, DHL for Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France
- DHL Express, UPS for other EU countries
- Local carriers where available
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number is sent to your email. You can also see the status in your account under My orders.
No. All goods are shipped within the EU. Prices already include VAT (BTW), so there are no customs duties or additional charges on delivery.

Yes. An electronic invoice from b2bExport Fabjak (BTW NL005437074B94) is sent automatically to your email after payment is received.
Yes, fully secure. We use SSL encryption, 3D Secure authentication and our payment processor is PCI DSS compliant. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Returns & Warranty
Yes. As an EU consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the goods, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. No reason required.
- Step 1: Contact us at info@b2bexport.nl with your order number within 14 days
- Step 2: We confirm the return and send you the return address
- Step 3: Ship the item back in its original packaging with all tags
- Step 4: Refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return
It depends on the reason for the return:
- Defective or wrong item: we cover the return shipping costs in full
- Change of mind (14-day cooling-off): the buyer covers the return shipping costs, as permitted by the EU Consumer Rights Directive
2 years statutory warranty in accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 (Sales of Goods Directive). For products that do not conform to the contract you are entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
