How to file a warranty claim
Document the defect
Take photos or a video of the defect. Have your order number and purchase date ready.
Contact us
Send the photos and a description of the issue by email or via Telegram. We'll respond within 24 hours.
Ship the product
Once the warranty case is confirmed, ship the product to the specified address in Ukraine.
Get a resolution
Replacement with a new product, repair or refund — within 7–14 business days.
We cover the cost of return shipping for confirmed warranty cases. The decision on replacement, repair or refund is made after inspection of the product.
What the warranty does not cover
Mechanical damage — cuts, punctures, scratches, deformations caused by improper use
Natural wear and tear — colour fading, sole abrasion, fabric stretching after prolonged use
Improper care — washing at an unsuitable setting, use of aggressive chemicals, drying on a radiator
Self-repair — traces of unauthorised repair, modifications or replacement of parts

Force majeure — damage caused by fire, flood, military action or other emergencies
